WHO WE ARE

Team  Cuisine is a diverse group of friends, whose average age is 50 something, that meets each July to ride RAGBRAI.  The team consists of 25  riders and 5 crew members with a core group of 9 veteran riders (15+  years riding RAGBRAI together) who act as the organizing body of the  team. Our riders and crew come from many different professions --  bankers, businessmen, doctors, salesmen, mechanics, lawyers, engineers,  accountants and policemen – to name a few.  Some of our riders are  retired professionals who are embarking on second careers or  volunteering their time with various non-profit groups. 

Our crew is an integral  part of the team. Don and Emma are in charge of moving the team from  city to city each day and have ably done so for several years.   Our kitchen crew lineup has changed over the years but consists of a  head chef (a professional chef), a sous chef and, possibly, an assistant  helping out in the kitchen. 

Everyone on the team has an  assigned task – from helping to organize the ride to cleaning up after  dinner.  Team Cuisine is truly a team effort and we take pride in being  able to execute successful RAGBRAIs for both our hosts and the group.
